Our signature cider, Blue Mountain Dry is a crisp refreshing blend of 5 of our estate apples grown in the Walla Walla valley. This cider harkens back to the old world with a pale straw hue and noticeable floral characteristics on the nose. The flavor is light and playful and while this cider is not sweet, it also does not have any of the tartness associated with traditional dry ciders. Infinitely quaffable, this cider is a clean and refreshing that appeals to both hardcore cider fans and those trying cider for the first time.
